Hector is a sweetheart! Unfortunately, following a bad experience Hector had become reactive to some dogs when on a lead and was a strong puller. For this we used one of Ruth’s dogs, a Chihuahua called Corby! We got Corby out to work with Hector on his reactivity to other dogs.

Within minutes we started to make massive progress! After confidence building and using our methods of introducing nervous dogs to new dogs, Hector was displaying incredibly neutral behaviour (a MAJOR win)!! We switched Hector to a slip collar and got to work with his heelwork.

We were able to get him to stop pulling, turning his lead walking into a tidy heel! Hector is continuing to do great with the continuing work from his owners!
